Part Introduction:Feeder:The machine adopts imported paper feeding belt to draw paper at the bottom without stopping the machine. Intermittent belt conveyor adopts servo control and photoelectric control, according to the length of the paper can be adjusted on the human-machine interface. A plurality of conveyor belts are equipped with gear and rack device, which can adjust the left and right position of the belt. Push lay device:Adopt double push lay correction to reduce error. A locking device is installed on the power gear to adjust the parallelism of two push lay according to product requirements. Gluing assembly:The gluing roller is made from 304 Stainless steel material which is in high corrosion resistance, The gluing roller can be dragged horizontally out to clean. Transverse and longitudinal gluing model roller are adjusted by Phase gear which can realize the dual-directional regulation directly without stopping. The gluing part is equipped with the automatic lifting function. It avoids the glue touching the belt which reduces the trouble of frequently machine stop for cleaning because of the lack for paper problem. Standard four kits of pneumatic V-shaped stamping molds, Convenient horizontal and vertical adjustment, Suitable for most films V-punch, It can increase punching of film and stamping of environmental protection mark of film, molds can be changed freely and conveniently. Film Unwinding:
It adopts air shaft to install the film enables it to faster replace the film. And equipped with film limits device, It's easier to change the film. The Electromagnetic tension control system keeps the film feeding tension in constant at ideal state which makes the film creasing and punching in higher precision. Paper Collecting Assembly:Imported soft belt conveying can prevent product crushing, Paper is collected tidily in a sandwiching structure, Independently adjustable speed, selective use according to product, which ensures perfect quality. Optional function:Film heatingAdopts electromagneitic heating system,the heating roller is made by high hardness steel,mirror chome plating,at the same time equipped with two sets of film pulling device,guarantee drawing film speed synchronization,so as to ensuer that the film does not wipe flowers,realize the function of auxiliary flat film.
